The spa facilities were clean and well-maintained, although a bit more warmth in the pool area would enhance the experience. One downside was the food quality at dinner. it often felt bland and repetitive, lacking some seasoning. Additionally, my bathroom felt a bit cramped with limited space for toiletries. Overall, the location is peaceful, and the hotel has great potential with a few improvements in food and amenities.

I was incredibly frustrated with the food quality. it was bland and repetitive. The towels and textiles in the room felt outdated and shabby, which doesn't meet the expectations of a four-star hotel. Additionally, while the room with the lake view was great, the other room's forest view felt claustrophobic with no real view to enjoy.

i had an amazing time at hotel & spa tino sveti stefan. the lake view was absolutely stunning, and the location is just a short drive from the city center. the staff were exceptional, really understanding what it means to serve guests well. plus, the food options at breakfast were healthy and filling.
